Brewed for the crew at Hauraki's Big Show, join Jason, Mike & Kezie at the Emerson's site and have a hoon on their Hazy Pale Ale. Like the show, it is a great way to end the day, also great at the start of the day, and yep in the middle to.

The Botanist Gin is a handcrafted Scottish gin from Islay, distilled with 22 locally foraged botanicals. It offers a complex balance of floral, herbal, and citrus notes, layered over a crisp juniper base. Smooth and aromatic, it captures the essence of Islay’s wild landscape in every sip.

Filled to the brim with a blend of American and NZ hops, there’s nothing traditional about this.

Delicious

The latest release from Thief Brewing. So new we don't know much about it. With Habenero and Salted Lime what could go wrong!

Tart Boysenberry smoothed with notes of Vanilla icecream, this boysenberry sour has it all. Crisp yet smooth, the punchy fruit character is supported by notes of vanilla, all balanced with a smooth wheat base.

Soft and juicy, expect bright notes of passionfruit, peach and pineapple from the truckload of NZ Hops in this Hazy Pale Ale, featuring classics such as New Zealand Chinook, Rakau and Nectaron

A traditional dry gin with the spice of rainforest botanicals, hints of fresh citrus peel, and cassia bark. Locally foraged manuka, rimu, and horopito dance with juniper and coriander seed in a shower of the freshest rainwater on the planet. As New Zealand’s southernmost distillery, we produce boutique spirits that celebrate Stewart Island - our rich culture, colourful histories, and pristine environment - in every sip

How can something come from nothing? It is upon this fundamental age-old question that Third Island Vodka is built. Vodka, by definition, should be as close to 'nothing' as possible - completely devoid of all distinction, character, and individuality. We disagree. And as it turns out, our answer was around us all along. Blessed with only pure Stewart Island rain as our water source, our innovative filtration technique incorporates sustainably-foraged paua, mussel, and oyster shells from the pristine Southern Ocean. A final, polishing touch of free-flowing tannin-rich waters collected off the very rock of Rakiura herself all result in an exquisitely smooth mouthfeel and delicate minerality fully absent of any pronounced additional flavour. When it comes to vodka, our philosophy has never faltered: A little something makes all the difference, for nothing hardly comes close.

West Coast Pilsner hopped with Citra and Idaho 7. Crisp, clean and refreshing

A smooth yet bold flavoured whisky with rich caramel, a hit of sea salt, and soft vanilla. Full-flavoured, easy to drink, and packed with decadence. Smooth. Indulgent. Bold.

A bold flavoured whisky with rich maple sweetness, warming spice, and toasted oak. Full-flavoured, unapologetic, and packed with kick. Bold. Warming. Maple-rich.

Gold medal gin, Dunedins Favourite gin

Tart, vibrant, and gently sweet, this Berliner Weisse is infused with rich cherry character and a soft wheat finish. Inspired by the Otago cherry season, grabbing a brown bag from a roadside stall and finding a quiet spot to savour the moment.
