Canyon Brewing

Based in Queenstown, Canyon Brewing isn’t here to play it safe. We push boundaries, twist styles, and pour creativity into every glass - brewing with curiosity, adventure, and a whole lot of flavour. Locally owned and unapologetically bold, our beers reflect the spirit of the mountains and the energy of our backyard. At the Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival, we’re bringing more than great beer - we’re creating a space to chill, recharge, and soak up the vibes. Think an outdoor beach-meets-tiki bar set-up, complete with summer atmosphere and refreshing Canyon brews. It’s the perfect spot to take a break, grab a drink, and enjoy the festival in true Queenstown style.
Beverages

Aperol Spritz is here with all the flavour and none of the faff. Pouring straight from the tap to your glass is a little slice of Italian sunshine. Made with Carrick Pinot Noir Rose and genuine Aperol and a lot of love. Salute!

Giddy up - you’re in for the ride of your life! Made with organic ginger, Hawkes Bay apple juice, lemon juice and black pepper, our ginger beer is fermented to give the perfect balance between sweet, tangy and spicy!

Bright-Eyed is the beer for those who like their beers hazy and their morning clear. This subtly bitter brew is bursting with tropical bangers of pineapple, mango and citrus on the nose, finishing light like your next day regrets. The ultimate beer to keep you bright-eyed and bushy tailed.

A classic German style helles lager with a citrusy modern Kiwi twist. A solid bready backbone is accented with Garston hops and Canyon grown malt. Taste the terroir as you rip into a Central Otago lager.

A clean, light malt base lays the canvas for freestyle Tropical Fusion, Krush and Idaho 7 hops. Think feijoa gummies, passionfruit and papaya, all on a pillowy soft body. A beer brewed for the scribblers, doodlers and day-dreamers

Canyon's new range of tap coctkails are here, with a Classic Margarita made by our master mixologist and pouring straight from the tap. Espolon silver 100% agave tequila from jalisco pairs with organic lime juice and bespoke orange curacao made from NZ oranges and sicilian bitter orange peel. Available classic on the rocks or as a mango margarita slushy

A true New Zealand icon, this tough skinned fruit is known for its unique aromatic scent and gritty pear like texture. To amplify these characteristics we’ve added passionfruit, guava, vanilla, and rounded it all off with a tickle of lactose.

Vacations are best served cold. whether you're in scorching Central Otago, sandy Whangamata, sunny Nelson or mountainous Mackenzie Country. A refreshingly approachable yellow hued hazy packed with tropical Citra, Superdelic and Nectaron all rammed into a dainty 4.9% body.

More 'Murica than a fake tan and frosted tips, this APA packs more horsepower than a '68 Camero cruising down the open road to Flavortown. Under the hood of this freedom powered beast you'll find a punchy bitterness rounded off with a balanced malt profile.
