Ground Up Brewing

Based in Wanaka, Ground Up Brewing is a 1,200-litre production brewery inspired by our love of climbing and mountaineering. Most of our beers are named after routes and climbs we’ve tackled or aspire to, reflecting our adventurous spirit in every pour. At the festival, we’ll be offering a range of beer styles - including four on nitro - plus a brand-new beer brewed exclusively for the Dunedin Craft Beer & Food Festival.
