Full Up is a new pastry-laden Imperial Stout made with our pals at Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand. What we conjured up is a deliciously lactose-heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate-coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base.
Charcoal roasted almonds in a milk stout with hints of chocolate. Warning contains nuts.
Rich and velvety. Smooth coffee, chocolate notes. Slight fruit flavours from English yeast.
Aromas and taste of roasty coffee chocolate. Light mouthfeel which suits the dark lager style.
