Born from locally grown barley distilled into traditional shochu, this spirit is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus, and botanicals. Honoring Japan’s 1,500-year yuzu tradition, it offers tart, fragrant notes reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, with subtle mandarin overtones, creating a bright, complex, and aromatic Japanese-inspired gin.
The Botanist Gin is a handcrafted Scottish gin from Islay, distilled with 22 locally foraged botanicals. It offers a complex balance of floral, herbal, and citrus notes, layered over a crisp juniper base. Smooth and aromatic, it captures the essence of Islay’s wild landscape in every sip.
