Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.

Refreshing as a morning in the mountains, Gold Digga's a low carb character born of the golden-apple orchards of Central Otago, deep in NZ's gold-mining country. Finally. An ultra low carb, super dry cyder that not only keeps your belt right, but no added nasties means your morning-after shapes up nicely too. Brewed in NZ with only 3 ingredients: Pure Canterbury artesian water, French cyder apples and organic yeast. Oh, and FYI: No added sugar.

Up in the Winterless north we can grow super flavoursome Limes and Lemons, so we've taken some juice and zest and created our Acid Drop cider. It kind of reminds us of a combination of Limoncello and Prosecco. Zingy, refreshing and perfect to sip in the sun - A Festival Favourite!
