Vendor Application Timeline – 2026 Festival
2nd June – Vendor Expression of Interest opens
3rd August – Vendor Expression of Interest closes
6th August – Successful vendors notified & festival requirements application opens
13th August – Vendor acceptance deadline
6th October – Final date to submit festival requirements application
Event Date: Friday 27th November 2026 & Saturday 28th November 2026
Event Location: Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin
Expected Numbers: 6,000 per event day.
