North Soul

North Soul Truck brings the bold, flavorful street food of Northern Mexico to Dunedin. Inspired by growing up in Tijuana, we serve tacos and chilaquiles loaded with rich spices and big flavor — including our crowd-favorite birria tacos and both red and green chilaquiles. The truck’s vibrant design reflects the energy of Northern Mexico, and for the festival we’re excited to explore fun collaborations, like cooking our birria with local beers.
