Strawberry Daiquiri Cider

Not a beer and not cider, a 50/50 blend of Emerson’s Lager and Juicy Apple Cider, infused with black Currant. Vibrant pink, Snake Bite has a slight sweetness, with a crisp apple finish. Dangerously refreshing.

Take some Northland Tamarillos, a sprinkling of Amarillo Hops from California and mix them with our spritzy organic cider. It seems a bit crazy, but the savoury character of the tamarillo compliments the tropical citrus notes of the Hops. The Tamarillo also gives this cider a beautiful crimson colour. A beverage you won’t experience every day.

Apples have a symbolic status in many legends, folklores, and traditions. They can represent love, beauty, wisdom, immortality, and temptation — to name but a few. We just reckon they make a deliciously refreshing beverage. And Juicy Apple Cider is certainly that, with the crisp, sweet hit of ripe apples, balanced by a slightly dry finish. Finally. An ultra low carb, super dry cyder that not only keeps your belt right, but no added nasties means your morning-after shapes up nicely too. Brewed in NZ with only 3 ingredients: Pure Canterbury artesian water, French cyder apples and organic yeast. Oh, and FYI: No added sugar.

Junk Juice is a term of endearment that Beers Head Brewer, coined for his customised blend of fruits and herbs used for our house cider. Dry crisp finish. Dark salmon/plum colour. Natural looking. Raspberry sherbert nose with blackberry. More raspberry and blackberry in flavour. Good sweet acid balance. Good tannin in finish.

There’s something pretty amazing about the flavour combination of crisp organic apples, rich velvety berries, and creamy vanilla oak. We like to call this one our Firecider, if you know what we mean.
