Combine the intriguing gooseberry and passion fruit flavours of South Canterbury Blackcurrants, together with hints of creamy vanilla and rose, settle back into that Velvet armchair by the fire and enjoy. Up in the Winterless north we can grow super flavoursome Limes and Lemons, so we've taken some juice and zest and created our Acid Drop cider. It kind of reminds us of a combination of Limoncello and Prosecco. Zingy, refreshing and perfect to sip in the sun - A Festival Favourite!
The definition of ‘Cider’ varies the world over. In Europe it is an alcoholic drink from fermented apples, where American Cider simply refers to unfermented apple juice – the alcoholic version coined ‘hard’ Cider. It would be important to clarify the use of the term at your local, as you wouldn’t want to be caught drinking apple juice on a Friday night! Friends, if you’re feeling parched, lets be clear…. our Cider is ultra dry and very hard!

This is a bit of a flavour blindcider – who knew Cider could take you back to Nana’s baking or breakfast on a crisp winter’s morning? Warning: this beverage is very high in Ciderness yummy factor. Its a touch sweeter with the Oats giving a rich biscuity maltiness, while the lingering flavour of the cinnamon will have you back for another dram!
