Māori Point Wines

Located in Central Otago, Māori Point crafts small-batch, natural, and vegan-friendly wines that reflect our extreme, sub-alpine vineyard environment. Our award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and playful Golddigger Sparkling Wines are hand-tended and made with minimal intervention, letting the land and its unique ecosystem shine through. At the festival, we’ll bring a taste of our vineyard and barrel hall to Dunedin, with tastings, glass pours, and wine-based cocktails. All natural, all small batch, all vegan friendly!
Beverages

An optimal ripening year. Hand-picked, fermented with wild yeasts, aged in French Oak 12 months. Unfiltered, unfined, unforgettable. Flavors of cherry, raspberry, and earthy herbs. Palate shows roasted notes and minerality, balancing elegance with brooding complexity.

Fermented with wild yeasts in oak barrels for 10 months. White peach, ripe citrus, and mineral notes, with vanilla, toasted hazelnut, and silky lees structure. Persistent finish, precise acidity, and polished edges.

Elegantly aromatic and made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Showing raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, and finishing with a hint of vanilla. Perfect for summer drinking.

Made in tank & barrels, showing succulent pear, melon, citrus, and hints of honey. Lightly off-dry, can pair with spicy cuisine.

Embracing an old family secret from Portugal, this Ginja (short for Ginjinha) is a traditional Portuguese liqueur made with sour cherries. To make our Segredo Ginja, we infused Central Otago sour cherries with our Segredo Aguardente, a spirit made by small-batch distillation of Māori Point Pinot Noir pressings.

Embracing an old family secret from Portugal, this Marmalade liqueur is made from organic Seville orange peel, infused with Segredo Aguardente, a spirit made by traditional small-batch distillation of Māori Point Pinot Noir pressings.

Our take on a summer classic! This sparkling-wine based cocktail features a base our Gold Digger sparkling wine, a dash of Aperol (orange) liqueur, and just a splash of sparkling water, garnished with a slice of orange, all over ice. The perfect refresher.

Embracing an old family secret from Portugal, this aguardente is crafted in Central Otago from pressings of Māori Point Pinot Noir. Distilled in a traditional small batch copper still, it reveals intensity, yet also a subtle filigree expression of vineyard and wine.
