Presented by Urbn Vino. Following the Innovation Central wine event held at his Dunedin city winery over Labour Weekend, winemaker Brendan Seal will present a seminar on innovative wines. He has selected four wines from different Central Otago producers that are each doing something unique. These wines demonstrate that in the right hands winemaking can be as innovative and experimental as brewing, but with the added pressure of only getting one shot at it every season.
